A Voice When It Matters the Most
When you are facing a legal challenge, you deserve more than just representation—you deserve to be heard.
With over 15 years of legal experience, Amy Hinkle Easterling has dedicated her career to protecting individuals and families across Tennessee. As a former prosecutor in both the Second and Third Judicial District Attorney’s Offices, Amy has handled cases ranging from traffic offenses to serious felony crimes, including homicide. She has worked extensively in General Sessions, Juvenile, and Criminal Courts, giving her a deep understanding of the legal system from every angle. Amy also founded the Vulnerable Adult Protective Team (VAPT), advocating for elderly and vulnerable individuals who had been abused, neglected, or financially exploited. She later worked closely with the Children’s Investigative Protective Team (CPIT), partnering with law enforcement and child services to seek justice for children.
After years in prosecution, Amy transitioned into private practice, focusing on family law in Johnson City. Her experience on both sides of the courtroom allows her to approach each case with insight, strategy, and determination. Compassion Without Compromise Amy believes that strong legal representation should never come at the expense of compassion.
Too often, people feel overlooked or unheard during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Her mission is to change that. She takes the time to listen, to explain, and to stand beside her clients—while never backing down when it comes to protecting their rights. Your Advocate. Your Voice. Your Future. Whether you are navigating a family law matter or facing a serious legal issue,
Amy is committed to being your advocate every step of the way. She will fight for your rights, ensure your voice is heard, and work toward the best possible outcome for your future.
